What a fabulous night at the Preston Woodall House in Benson on Tuesday night! The invitation said it all - Join us for an elegant evening of fabulous food, fine wine, and delicious decor to indulge your senses - March 31, 2009, 5pm-9pm. It was incredible!

Over 300 industry professionals, invited guests, and brides attended the event that was put on by the facility owners to showcase the historic home that is one of the most popular special events facility in the region.  Shawn Schindler, Tracy Adams, and Angie Wright were the lead planners for the event and put together an incredible team of vendors and worked closely with Joel and Dale who own the property. Showtime Events was hired  to provide the main bar in the large tent that was attached to the building. Working with facility staff we configured a uniquely shaped 22 foot long serpentine acrylic Ice Magic LED bar. We also provided additional LED lights for bottle and flower presentation. The bar was set to a rich blue color that illuminated the entire tent!

All in attendance were raving about the food, decor, and entire facility (inside and out). The guests partied until late in the evening and the event will sure to be one that is talked about for a long time to come!
